Some cases are handled for a one-time flat fee, some on an hourly basis and some on a contingency fee basis. 

The amount of a contingency fee is dependent upon the outcome of the case.  Hourly billed cases require keeping accurate time records which you can check upon request. 

You may be required to pay an advance retainer.  Each month a statement of your account will be provided.  A written retainer agreement assures that the hourly billing arrangement is clearly understood. You may be billed for services provided beyond the retainer agreement.

Most legal matters require payment of expenses in order to proceed. These expenses may include the cost of deposition transcripts, court filing fees, the cost of expert witness reports and other incidentals. 

The client is always responsible for paying these expenses which are separate from and not included in the legal fees.

Just as every client is unique, so is every case.  Unknown factors can cause delays beyond anyone's control.  At the Roussillon Law Office we strive to conclude matters as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.  Achieving the best possible result for our clients is of utmost importance.

The office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Consultations are by appointment only.  Special arrangements can be made if circumstances warrant.
